My name is Becca and I am now going to be contributing to this blog alongside Kaye. Yay!
A brief introduction, I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2010 on Halloween (definitely a scary day)! I have been living with symptoms of endometriosis since I was 13 or 14. Ever since diagnosis I have been keen to raise awareness and offer support to others going through the struggles that tend to come with endo. I met Kaye in 2011 at her Roses of Endometriosis photo-shoot, and this was the first opportunity for me to meet and socialise with other women with endometriosis.
Originally I was training to be a dance choreographer, however after diagnosis I have now steered toward a healthcare career and hope to become an endometriosis nurse specialist.
I look forward to posting support, tips and anything else that may be of interest 🙂
